The 12 Art Deco Zodiac Signs at the The Adler Planetarium, Chicago 1930


Founded in 1930 the Adler Planetarium is a public museum dedicated to the study of astronomy and astrophysics. 
It is located on the northeast of Lake Michigan in Chicago, Illinois (USA)


The Adler is a regular dodecagon, or twelve-­sided building.

Adorning its exterior are twelve bronze images of the twelve astrological signs of the zodiac: Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius.
